Bill Anton’s premier release with Fine Art Publishing LLC. In 2009 at the Autry Masters of the American West show, Bill’s painting won both the Express Ranches Great American Cowboy Award and the Robert Lougheed Memorial Award for the best display of three or more works. Bill says, “I have ridden many times with Emmit Sturgill, a cowboy friend of mine and this Palomino in his string. We had ridden many miles before mid-morning when we paused and reset the saddles in this canyon-slashed, broken country.”
