Collection of Information
We collect information that you give directly to us. For example, we collect information you give us when you establish an account on the Site, make an inquiry or a purchase, sign up for or participate in promotions, surveys, mailing lists or events, engage with us through social media platforms, and when you email, text, call, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include information such as your name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, ZIP code, photos, videos, social media usernames, payment information, demographic information, information about your interests and preferences, and any other information you choose to provide. In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you request that we deliver an item you purchase to someone other than yourself.

We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as third party social media platforms (such as Facebook or Linkedln) if you log into the Site using your social media account credentials or if you make social media content and information available publicly or to us.
Use of Information
We use the information we collect about you for a number of purposes, including to (i) facilitate and improve your online shopping experience; (ii) administer your account with us; (iii) provide and deliver products and services, process transactions, and send you related information, including confirmations, receipts, invoices, and recall notices; (iv) send you security alerts, and support and administrative messages; (v) investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; (vi) respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service; (vii) communicate with you about us and the artists whose work we sell; (viii) communicate with you about services, offers, promotions, surveys, news, upcoming events, and other information we think will be of interest to you; (ix) monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities; (x) monitor and improve the performance of the Site and our management and operational systems; (xi) provide advertisements, content, or features that are targeted toward your interests; and (xii) achieve any other purpose of which you are informed at the time the information is collected.
Our collection and use of the information we obtain about you is governed by United States law. Because the Internet is a global environment, information we collect is transmitted, processed and stored not only in the United States, but also in other countries. By accessing the Site or otherwise providing information to us, you acknowledge and consent to such transmission, processing and storage of information.
We do not knowingly share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We may, however, share personal information about you with third parties involved in completing our transactions or performing services on our behalf, such as shipping companies delivering orders, credit card processing companies billing for goods and services, e-mail service providers sending e-mails on our behalf, and third party vendors who host our shopping cart. We may also share your personal information with third parties (i) in connection with a corporate business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, creation of a joint venture, and transactions relating to insolvency or bankruptcy or the financing or sale of company assets;; (ii) as we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with legal process or applicable law; (iii) to enforce or defend our agreements and policies, (iv) to protect our rights, property or safety ,or the rights, property or safety of our customers, suppliers or any other persons; (v) with and among any of our current or future parents, subsidiaries or affiliates; and (vi) with your consent.
We may also share your information in an aggregated or de-identified form that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
The Site may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Site with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature.
We take reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We cannot, however, guarantee the security of your personal information.
You may update or correct your online account information by logging into your online account and updating your information or by calling us. You may also email us at email@example.com if you wish to deactivate your online account, but please be aware that despite deactivation we may retain information about you for our legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, or our ongoing business relations, including surveys.
The settings of your Internet browser or mobile device may allow you to stop sharing your precise location with us or others.
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
We may also work with third parties to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Google). As part of these ad campaigns, we may convert information about you, such as your email address and phone number, into a unique value that can be matched with a user account on these platforms to allow us to learn about your interests and to serve you advertising that is customized to your interests. Note that the third-party platforms may offer you choices about whether you see these types of customized ads.
Because we do not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, provisions of California law that permit residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes are not applicable to us.
Similarly, because we do not track your online activities over time and across third-party Web sites or online services, provisions of California law requiring disclosure of how a website responds to Do Not Track signals are not applicable to us.
We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the Effective Date above. We encourage you to review the Policy periodically to stay fully informed about our privacy practices.
