Description
The Native Americans were great trackers. Their knowledge of nature and their keen powers of observation enabled them to notice the most minute details that a white man might overlook. In this painting, the Crow Indian is examining a stone which has recently been disturbed. They might well be tracking their enemy, the Sioux.
